The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

The new EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into effect on 25 May 2018. The legislation applies to any personal data that can be used to directly or indirectly identify an individual.

The GDPR has strengthened the rights of European citizens and given them more control over their personal data. It simplifies the regulatory environment for international business by unifying the regulation within the EU.

Indeed, as of that date, every European citizen has enjoyed new rights relating to the protection of personal data.

Aware of the importance of protecting your personal data and privacy, we have implemented a project to ensure that our data protection policy complies with this legislation and is regularly updated to enable you to exercise your rights.

For example, we offer you the possibility of:
- downloading your personal data from your user account in 48/72h
- deleting your personal data by contacting us at the address 23 Quai de Conti 75006 - Paris

You can also gain more information on the website of the French Data Protection Authority (the CNIL).
